back guarantee: should any item prove unsatisfactory, return it promptly
to our plant in undamaged condition, for refund, exchange or credit, as
you prefer. In addition: all items are guaranteed against defects when
operated under normal load, usage and conditions; this guarantee is
effective for 30 days after date of shipment to you. Defective items,
under our guarantee, will be replaced or repaired, as needful to remedy
defect. Our liability is limited to purchase price paid, with no liability
for consequential losses. There are no warranties which extend beyond
the description on its face hereof, and there is no warranty of merchantability except as
contained in the within expressed warranty. All merchandise returned for refund, exchange,
credit, repairs or replacements must be shipped to our plant, with shipping charges borne
by customer; and exchanged, repaired or replaced merchandise will be shipped FOB our
plant. Before returning any merchandise, write us, giving full details, and we will supply
shipping instructions. If merchandise was damaged in transit, file immediate claim with
